The present invention relates to a process for grafting of molecules of interest on an inorganic substrate, in particular of silicon, by means of a spacer compound, the grafting, using at least one reaction of chemistry click, better known under the english term "click chemistry", to the support thus obtained, and their applications in the fields of nanosatellites and nanobio technologies, such as the electronics, the manufacture of biochips or sensors.
