The rod has wire guides fixed remotely from one another, a rod with parts integrated with each other and a light emitting cover. The cover is an epoxy varnish containing 10 percentage of light pigment which is arranged continuously on distal part or tip (1) of the rod according to an emitting zone (15) which is extended from a wire guide terminal or a ring of head (2) till another wire guide (3). The zone extends in an interval between the ring of head (2) and wire (3).
