The method involves acquiring sequential data specific to an action of a user to be authenticated by an acquisition device, and standardizing values of parameters derived from the data for parameters describing the action. The standardized values are supplied in input of a HIVEM-type statistic model trained from reference standardized values of a known user. An authenticating score representing a correspondence between the user to be authenticated and the known user is determined. Authenticating information of the former user is generated after comparing the score and a decision threshold. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a terminal series having sequential data acquiring device (2) a method for fabricating two terminal series.
