The circuit has a photosensitive cell (1) including a light inlet face (2) associated to a photodiode (4), and an optical filter (6) located on an optical path leading to the photodiode. An interconnection part (5) is located between the photodiode and the light inlet face, and the filter is arranged between the photodiode and a surface of the interconnection part more closely to the light inlet face. The filter is made of cerium sulphide or metal oxide based glass. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating an integrated circuit.
