A combiner/splitter with distributed lines comprises a first line formed of a first planar winding (31) in a first conductive level and of a second planar winding (32) in a second conductive level; a second line formed of a third planar winding (33) interdigited with the first winding, and of a fourth planar winding (34) interdigited with the second winding in the second level; a first discrete capacitive element connecting the external ends of the first and third windings; and a second discrete capacitive element connecting the external ends of the second and fourth windings. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a combiner/splitter with two coupled lines.
