The instrument (1) has two sheets overlapping and seamed at edges, where the two sheets form a mitten shape with an opening (40) through which a hand is inserted. An insertion part (10) encloses a thumb and another insertion part (20) encloses four fingers other than the thumb. An absorbent (30) is attached to an inner surface of one of the sheets, where the absorbent absorbs the cosmetic material that serves as a skin care ingredient and moisturizer. The absorbent has a curved shape similar to the whole outer contour of the insertion parts.
