The arrangement has holding elements arranged on a surface of a skin (6) on a lid of a glove compartment in an upper instrument panel. The holding elements are designed as elastomeric barbs (4) with a cylindrical base (4a) that is extended by a body (4b) at an angle of 30 degree. The barbs are organized into a rectangular network and arranged in series or in a zig-zag manner on the surface of the skin of the glove compartment. The holding elements are arranged on an insert of the lid of the glove compartment by a compressed foam injection process.
