The frame has a frame (1) molded from an expanded polypropylene and integrating a transparent plate (2) by duplicate molding of an edge of the plate with the frame. A peripheral housing (15) is placed behind the transparent plate and is lined by two pins (17) on two opposite sides (L1, L2) of the frame. A bearing plate detachably engages with the housing through the pins. Anchoring cavities (18, 19) are provided at the middle of frame sides (L1, L2, l1, l2) for anchoring the frame (1) in a horizontal or vertical position.
