The frame has a floor anchor including an upper portion adapted to the frame, where an angle of the frame is adjustable. A pipe (5) is provided on a plate (3) for holding a swing. A rod (2) is obliquely fixed on the plate and has a length of 50 cm. Two holes (4) are provided in the pipe and identical with the frame. The pipe and the frame are fixedly connected with a screw nut such that the frame is anchored. A hollow swing frame is inserted and fixed in the pipe. A safety plug is connected with the pipe and the frame.
