The device has a dome shaped case (BI) situated near an outer circular end of a stator (St) of a lock (Ve), in correspondence with the circular end. A circular wall (BI-1) of the case has an inner surface (BI-2) supported on a cylindrical bearing constituting the outer end of the stator. The case includes a screw integrating the case with the stator, a sheet of an opening frame and a handle (P0). A base wall (BI-3) includes a circular orifice (BI-4) supported on a shoulder whose diameter is lower than the diameter of the cylindrical bearing.
