The truck has a deployable base (3) with rollers (4, 4`), surmounted with a mast (1). A working platform (5) slides on the mast, and has a guard rail (6), an emergency ladder (21), a ladder (22) and a mechanical vertical displacement cylinder (10), controlled by levers (13, 15, 17) that are associated to a security system (20). The guard rail comprises opposite doors (7, 12) providing access to the ladders. An upper part of the mast is connected to a horizontal translation guiding structure (33) by using an articulated connection system (32). The platform has a diameter less than 0.8 mm.
