The device has a structure immobilized in a tank in a partially immersed manner. The structure has two posts (26) connected by an upper cross beam (28.1) and a lower cross beam (28.2), where the upper cross beam is connected to one set of ends of staves. The lower cross beam is connected to another set of ends of the staves and to a lower part of the posts to maintain the lower cross beam in a base of the tank so that the staves remain immersed.
