The covering has cellular polymer granules incorporated in a polyurethane resin type binder, where the floor covering is provided in a form of slab with an adhesive layer that permits fixation of the slab on a floor. The granules have a density that is between 1 and 1.4, and a shore harness greater than or equal to 55, where the shore harness has a maximum free surface of the covering. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a cast-in situ concrete floor covering.
