The device has a display screen (5) with a lateral side inclined by a finger (10) in form an elongated rod integrated to a mobile support (15). The support has a vertical tooth (16) co-operating with a rack (25) causing height displacement of the finger. A horizontal toothed crown (17) of the support has teeth (19) co-operating with a drive pinion (30) to rotate the finger around an axis irrespective of an elevation realized by the rack to arrange the screen above a fascia and to displace the finger from one position to another opposite position in a vertical plane.
