The blade (9) has a vertebra supporting the blade against a windscreen and holding a rubber skirt (12) for canalizing a compressed air from a mechanical/electrical compressor. The skirt connected to the compressor has air ejection orifices (17) arranged in respective longitudinal hollow parts (13). The parts are transversally separated with respect to each other by a central longitudinal channel (14), and each part has a cleaning face parallel to an outer surface of the windscreen. The air passes into the parts and then into the channel for circulating between the face and the surface.
