The anchor has a L shaped vertical branch (1A) for providing a ring (4), and a L shaped horizontal branch (1B) with a hook (5) and a lug (6) for locking the horizontal branch with an armature (3) of an armed concrete plate (2). The ring permits the passage of another hook. The ring is obtained by forming an aperture in the vertical branch of the anchor, where the aperture is edged by a rib (8). Perforations (7) are provided in the horizontal branch for the fixing the horizontal branch to the armed concrete plate.
