The case has a reinforcing strip (6) that is provided at the neighborhood of upper edges of walls (2). The strip extends in direction of bottom of the case and is spaced from the walls for leaving a passage (61) between the walls, where the passage opens into top and bottom parts of the strip. The strip is provided in the form of a belt enclosing the upper part of the case by being positioned exterior to the case. The strip is connected to the walls by spacers that extend perpendicular to planes of the walls and the strip, along the entire height of the strip. An independent claim is also included for a mold for manufacturing a stackable and nestable case.
