The distributor has a body (2) with a container (20). An applicator has an off-centered part (33) with respect to an axial direction (10) and a non off-centered part (34). The part has a upper part of a rod oriented along the direction. An application unit (32) has an end off-centered with respect to the direction with an eccentricity factor to screw and unscrew the applicator. The factor is equal to R1/R2 ratio and equal to 3, where R1 is a flight radius of the end with respect to the direction, and R2 is the radius of the part. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating applicator distributor.
