The vehicle has a boot delimited towards top by a cover plate (4) and towards bottom by a floor pan. A frame (18) is connected to the floor pan, a pivot connection unit (20) and a sliding connection unit (22), where the connection units are placed between the cover plate and the frame. The frame is disposed in a plane slightly inclined with respect to the floor pan and integrated to a transversal baffle.
