Implant e.g. agrafe, manufacturing method for e.g. animal bone, involves subjecting implant to thermal treatments at specific temperatures and depositing coating on implant, where coating is made of pure titanium

The method involves subjecting an implant (1) to a thermal treatment at a temperature comprised between 600 and 750 degrees. The implant is subjected to another thermal treatment at a temperature comprised between 300 and 400 degrees. A pure titanium coating having a Vickers hardness less than 2800 is deposited on the implant. The implant is brought back to its initial shape, by a mechanical stress, at a temperature closer to the atmospheric temperature. The implant is made of a shape memory alloy e.g. titanium and nickel alloy, comprising 42 percent of titanium.
