The process of preparing consumable rolled food product (5) such as raw pasta and fresh lasagna raw dough in a form of strip (1) and malleable garnishing, comprises spirally rolling the food products to obtain alternate layers (2, 3) of pasta and malleable garnishing, baking the food product at 200[deg]C for 20-30 minutes in an oven to get crusty surface and perfect slices, and mixing and kneading the semolina wheat, eggs and water with the raw pasta, fresh lasagna raw dough and hard wheat semolina. The process of preparing consumable rolled food product (5) such as raw pasta and fresh lasagna raw dough in a form of strip (1) and malleable garnishing, comprises spirally rolling the food products to obtain alternate layers (2, 3) of pasta and malleable garnishing, baking the food product at 200[deg]C for 20-30 minutes in an oven to get crusty surface and perfect slices, mixing and kneading the semolina wheat, eggs and water with the raw pasta, fresh lasagna raw dough and hard wheat semolina, partially overlapping the strip of pasta after applying the garnish on a surface of the pasta, and spirally rolling the pasta around a spindle of the strip of longitudinal spindle zone. Sugar coating is applied on the baked food product. An independent claim is included for a consumable rolled food product.
