The device has an external base (31) and an internal mobile carriage (41) for carrying respective cylinders (33, 34, 43, 44), where the cylinders (33, 34) surround the cylinders (43, 44). The mobile carriage is carried by a leg. The base and the mobile carriage are moved with respect to each other with sufficient amplitude such that the cylinders (43, 44) pass on both sides of positions of the cylinders (33, 34). An independent claim is also included for an installation for an electrical point test of an integrated circuit.
