Electromagnetic radiation source`s angular position determining device, has aperture mask comprising linear array of obstacles and lights, where each obstacle is elongated such that mask forms characteristic design of barcode
The device has a linear detector array, and an aperture mask (11) derived from a binary sequence (10) of pseudo-random bits, where the mask comprises a linear array of obstacles and lights. The binary sequence is modified by introducing additional zero digit between the bits of the sequence. Each obstacle is elongated perpendicularly in the direction of one of linear portions of the detector array such that the mask forms a characteristic design of a barcode.
