A work piece made of aluminum alloy is subjected to hot rolling process. A cold plastic deformation process is performed to the hot rolled work piece, to form a structural plate (21). Two zones (22,23) are formed on the structural plate, having different imposed deformations. An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of monolithic multi-functional structural element.
