The powerplant has an air inlet body (20) parallel to a turbomotor (8) in a manner that an end (21) of the turbomotor opening in an ambient atmosphere is situated in front of a hot air ejection pipe (15) in a transversal plane (Y, Z) passing through a shaft (6) of a main rotor (3). Another end (22) corresponding to its fixation to the turbomotor is situated at the level of a zone of the turbomotor with respect to a longitudinal direction (X).
