The lift has horizontal cross beams extending with respect to each other in a parallel manner, and two parallel roller tracks transversely carried by the cross beams. Four columns ensure guiding of the cross beams in pairs along a vertical direction by cooperation of ends of the cross beams with grooves of the columns. Cables of the cross beams are connected to a screw (38) and a nut (42) of a jackscrew (40) controlling lifting of the cross beams, where the jack screw is non reversible.
