A cosmetic composition contains ghee, coconut oil, cetylalcohol, laxemul (glyceryl stearate + PEG 100 stearate), glycerol, extracts of cassia tora, centratherum anthelminticum, neem kernel oil and rose oil. Also disclosed is a method of making said cream by preparing a homogenous oil phase by heating ghee, coconut oil, cetyl alcohol, laxemul (glyceryl stearate + PEG 100 stearate), neem kernel oil and/or sesame oil, cenratherum anthelminticum, jasminum grandiflorum and rose and allowing it to cool. De-ionised water is then heated and cooled. The oil phase and the water are mixed together using a high shear stirrer and further cooled. Freeze-dried extracts of cassia tora, melia azadirachta and centratherum anthelminticum and rose oil are added to the mixture.
