Rigid disabled badge holder, attachable to vehicle steering wheel

A rigid disabled badge holder, is attachable to vehicle steering wheel, such as via a hinge and locking mechanism which closes around the tubular hand grip section of a steering wheel. The holder may have a transparent section though which the disabled badge can be read, a micro-chip, and a foam steering wheel protector. The locking system may prevent unauthorised entry to the holder, and thus prevent theft of the badge itself.
