PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and convenient encrypted file delivery system.;SOLUTION: The system has a first computer; a second computer; and a password management device to be connected to the first and the second computers via a network. The first computer includes a means for generating an encrypted file by encrypting an electronic file. The password management device includes a means for storing password information; a means for specifying a telephone number of a caller of a dial when receiving the dial with a caller telephone number notification; a means for specifying a password for decryption corresponding to the specified telephone number by referring to the password information; and a means for transmitting the specified password to the second computer.
