PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture nonfired agglomerated ore for iron manufacture having high strength and high reducibility.;SOLUTION: A mixture, in which a carbonaceous material B and a binding material C are blended with an iron raw material A, is pelletized into a primary pellet X1 to be a core part. The outer side of this primary pellet X1 is coated with a mixture in which the binding material C is blended with the iron raw material A to prepare a secondary pellet X2. Subsequently, the secondary pellet X2 solidified using the binding material C as a binder is subjected to microwave heating to preliminarily reduce iron oxide in the core part using the carbonaceous material B as a main reducing material. Even if the coating layer is densified to increase the strength of the pellet, reducibility in the central part of nonfired agglomerated ore can be increased.
