PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid infiltration evaluation method and a liquid infiltration evaluation device for a sealing part, capable of evaluating existence of liquid infiltration into the sealing part without having to depend on the visual determination by an operator, and without having to disassemble a work.;SOLUTION: A dielectric constant sensor 5 is inserted into the sealing part 2 of the work, and the change in the dielectric constant in the sealing part 2 is detected by the dielectric constant sensor 5, to thereby evaluate the existence of liquid infiltration into the sealing part 2. Hereby, liquid leakage from the sealing part 2, and existence of liquid infiltration into the sealing part 2 can be evaluated precisely, without having to depend on the visual decision on the part of the operator, and without having to disassemble the work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
