PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object discrimination device, a moving object discrimination method and a moving object discrimination program for easily and accurately detecting a moving object.;SOLUTION: The moving object discrimination device has: a position information acquisition means 2 for acquiring two-dimensional position information of the moving human head; an arithmetic processing part 1 for processing acquired position information and discriminating the moving object from the feature quantities of the acquired position information; and an output means for outputting the discrimination result. The arithmetic processing part 1 is provided with: a movement feature data calculating means 13 for calculating from position data acquired by processing the two-dimensional position information of the moving human head, respective feature data, including at least a distance, speed, and angle of the movement, and a correlation between a movement amount of (x) coordinates of two-dimensional coordinate data and a movement amount of (y) coordinates; an individual movement feature quantity calculating means 16 for calculating the respective feature data of the movement feature data calculating means and calculating an individual movement feature quantities of the moving object for each motion by using an individual movement feature quantities calculation coefficient recorded in advance; and a means of discrimination 17 for discriminating the moving object by comparing a value of the individual movement feature quantities thus obtained with a preset threshold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
