PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting up a vacuum air-bubble mat comprising attaching and displacing a simple and light air-bubble mat on the inside of the structure of a cultivation greenhouse so as to suppress breakthrough heat transmission of heat between the inside and the outside of the greenhouse and thereby reliably secure stable heat-retaining properties and energy saving inside the greenhouse: and to provide a vacuum air-bubble mat set up by the method. PSOLUTION: The method for setting up a vacuum air-bubble mat comprises attaching a vacuum air-bubble mat 4 to a structural member at the insides of a roof 2 and the side surface 3 of the structure; connecting a vacuum air valve 5 installed at the vacuum air-bubble mat to a pipe 7 connected to a vacuum pump 6; and sucking the air in the inside part of the vacuum air-bubble mat using the vacuum pump, wherein the mat inner part comprises a semi-circular protruding part and a vacuum space so as to secure high heat insulation, in the cultivation greenhouse.
