PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a trouble to specify a router to advertise route information on a tentative countermeasure route and to speedily make recovery from a communication trouble caused by route hijacking.;SOLUTION: A route information generating and advertising device 100 which advertises route information on the tentative countermeasure route is connected to a router 10. This route information generating and advertising device 100 always acquires the update information of the route information from the router 10 and stores the same routing table with the routing table of the router 10 in a storage unit. Then, when receiving route hijacking information from the outside, the route information generating and advertising device 100 generates route information on the tentative countermeasure route by reference to the routing table. To the route information on the tentative countermeasure route which is generated here, an IP address of the router 10 connected to the tentative countermeasure route is written as information on a next hop. Then the route information generating and advertising device 10 advertises the generated route information on the tentative countermeasure route to a router 10 connected thereto and the router 10 advertises the route information on the tentative countermeasure route to other routers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
