PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the burden of experience of vision change on an experience provider, as well as, on a person interested in the experience.;SOLUTION: A vision change material 3 is arranged being eccentric sideward from a vertical axis line and is moved circumferentially by a drive part around the vertical axis line. A vision object part 2 is provided in the inside, surrounded by a circumferential route of the vision change material 3.
