PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an aseismic reinforcing joint metal piece and an aseismic reinforcing framework structure which can absorb lithely the energy of a quake by an earthquake, excels in reliability of the durability, and has no problem of temperature dependency.;SOLUTION: The metal piece 1 comprises an angle-shaped steel plate 2 fitted to each of frame members 12, 13 at the joint part in a manner of being firmly fixed, and a steel rod member 3 which is non-loop square-ring shaped. Linear rod parts 11, 11 at the end parts of the steel rod member 3 extend along inner surface parts of plate parts 4, 4 of the angle-shaped steel plate 2, and are integratingly joined thereto by means of welding W, respectively, so that the energy of the quake by the earthquake may be absorbed by the steel plate 2 and the steel rod member 3 by flexural yielding at each of bent parts 5, 8, 9, 8 included in the steel plate 2 and the steel rod member 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
