PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and temperature measurement integrated thermotherapy instrument using a cavity resonator, which performs heating by using an electromagnetic field distribution in the cavity resonator and can noninvasively and accurately detect a temperature change in a treated body from a phase change of the electromagnetic field distribution with the temperature change, and to provide its temperature measuring method.;SOLUTION: The heating and temperature measurement integrated thermotherapy instrument includes a cavity resonator 1, a high-frequency supply means for supplying high-frequency power to the cavity resonator 1, a high-frequency probe 15 for detecting the electromagnetic field distribution in the treated body 12 stored in the cavity resonator 1, and a temperature distribution computing means for computing a temperature distribution in the treated body 12 from a phase change of the electromagnetic field distribution collected by varying high-frequency application conditions by the high-frequency supply means by changing the relative angle between the cavity resonator 1 and the treated body 12.
