PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely manage a document such as a contract note requiring impressing and to facilitate discard of a document after expiration of its storage limitation.;SOLUTION: This impressed document management system is provided with: an impressing application receipt part 100 receiving an impressing application for a document requiring impressing; a storage limitation calculation part 101 calculating a storage limitation of a document relating to the impressing application; a submission deadline calculation part 102 calculating a submission deadline of the document relating to the impressing application; a storage part storing the received impressing application as application information; an update receipt part 103 receiving change of the application information stored in the storage part; a notice determination part 104 checking the application information stored in the storage part to determine whether a notice to a person in charge is necessary; and a notification part 105 giving a notice in predetermined form about submission of the document relating to the impressing application to the person in charge when the notice determination part 104 determines necessity of the notice.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
