PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care-needed patient entering/leaving monitoring system and a care-needed patient search information providing system for preventing the entrance/exit of a medical care and nursing facility from being associated with a closed image, and for preventing a person to be monitored such as the care-needed patient from leaving without permission, and for quickly finding out and searching for the assisted patient in leaving a facility without permission.;SOLUTION: This care-needed patient entering/leaving monitoring system is provided with a tag detection means A for detecting the presence/absence of a transmission tag carried by a passer-by who passes the entrance/exit of a medical and nursing facility, and for transmitting a tag detection signal; a passage detection means B for optically detecting the passage of the passer-by, and for transmitting a passage detection signal; and an NAND circuit for inputting the tag detection signal transmitted from the tag detection means and the passage detection signal transmitted from the passage detection means. When one of the tag detection signal and the passage detection signal is input, the alarm of abnormality passage generation at the entrance/exit is operated, and the alarm transmission time and the elapsed time are measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
