PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply to ultrahigh-density and ultrahigh-precision products by providing a compound metal nano-particle with variable wavelength characteristic for forming a reinforcement/sensitization field of a photoreaction caused at an arbitrary three-dimensional position inside a substance, a multiphoton absorption reaction material with high sensitivity using it, and a multiphoton absorption reaction auxiliary agent.;SOLUTION: Compound metal nano-particles provided by spacing metal microstructures (for example, silver) expressing a plasmon reinforcement field on a surface of a core particle (for example, gold nano-rod) having shape anisotropy with different vertical and horizontal lengths in an island-manner, and multiphoton absorption materials (for example, a photocurable resin such as diallyl ethene, acrylate system and epoxy system) are mixed with each other, and applied to a three-dimensional optical recording medium, a three-dimensional photo-fabrication material, and a fluorescence microscope.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
