PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling method of a calcium phosphate particle controlling an individual calcium phosphate particle by a more excellent form-controlling method, and to provide the calcium phosphate particle having a new form, the use of phosphorous alkoxide or phosphoric alkoxide suitable for above or the like and a phosphoric acid source.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the calcium phosphate particle is provided wherein a vesicle-shaped molecular template is formed in a liquid by mixing of a cationic surfactant molecule and an anionic surfactant molecule and the calcium phosphate is formed by allowing a calcium source to react with the phosphoric acid source on the surface of the surfactant molecule forming the molecular template, as a result, an almost spherical calcium phosphate particle having a particle diameter of 40 nm to 200 nm or 500 nm to 2,000 nm and also having a hollow structure is obtained.
