PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation labor of an operator in the case of transmitting voice data whose contents are the same to arbitrary two or more network equipment.;SOLUTION: A monitor device 104 selects the predetermined number of monitor cameras based on the operation of an operator, and performs the multi-address transmission of voice data from a microphone 103 to the predetermined number of monitor cameras. The multi-address transmission is performed so that the operation labor of the operator can be reduced, and that the transmission delay of voice data can be eliminated. The monitor device 104 automatically detects the monitor cameras connected to a network.
