PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a sustainable reductive water strong in reductive power, which is capable of providing a harmless, tasty water, has the action of rapidly aging cosmetics and all-round alcoholic drinks, and an antidotal effect for alcohol. PSOLUTION: The strong reductive water having characteristics of a sustainable reduction potential is produced by mixing functional natural ores (ores having not less than 10% of magnesium oxide), metallic magnesium, galenicals, and materials of functional plants and animals each in powder or granule by many kinds of combination. Articles in a ball form or a required form which generate a sustainable redox potential is produced by processing the above materials with a binder harmless for both men and beasts.
