PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inexpensively producing a large quantity of reductive water which can be drunk by many people, which is used for growth/promotion of agricultural industry, livestock industry, marine industry and forest industry, and which includes a powerful oxidation-reduction potential and long-term sustainability. PSOLUTION: Subsidiary materials generating the O.R.P (oxidation-reduction potentials) are accumulated as new base stocks from granite (particularly, black granite) or marble used in buildings all over the world or large-scale buildings, waste materials of art carvings, spalled granite fragments from stone machine factories, and waste marble. A large quantity of reductive water having the powerful oxidation-reduction potential and long-term sustainability can be produced inexpensively by using the accumulated subsidiary materials.
