PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive giving a solar insolation shielding film which is excellent in UV-shielding properties and scratch resistance, is hardly peeled-off even when pasted on a curved glass plate, and is thus suitable for being pasted to window panes of buildings and vehicles, especially automobiles; and provide a solar insolation shielding film using the self-adhesive.;SOLUTION: This adhesive for the solar insolation shielding film contains (A) a (meth)acrylate-based copolymer having a carboxy group as a cross-linkable functional group, (B) a metal chelate-based cross-linking agent and (C) a triazine-based UV absorber. The solar insolation shielding film has a hard coat layer on one surface of a substrate film and an adhesive layer composed of the adhesive on the other surface thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
