PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect needles 11 when embossing wide carved patterns on the work W surface of stainless steel or others with the needles 11.;SOLUTION: This device has a tubular casing 6a, a plurality of the needles 11 passing through a holder while preventing coming-off from the holder arranged in the casing in a loose fitted state, and an hammer 8 movably fitted in the casing continuously hitting the needles, and tips 12 formed of cemented carbide are secured to tips of the needles 11 when the carved pattern is embossed on the work surface by the needle tips continuously hit with the needle tips pushed to the work surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
