CAPSULE OF DRUG FOR COMMON COLD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule of a drug for common cold, which achieves high concentration of a medicament by inhibiting the decrease of solubility caused by the crystallization of an antiallergic agent in a base even when an antipyretic analgesic such as ibuprofen, and the antiallergic agent such as cetirizine in the second medicament are formulated.;SOLUTION: The capsule of the drug for the common cold is obtained by using (4) cyclodextrin in combination when dissolving or dispersing a drug composition for the common cold comprising (1) the antipyretic analgesic selected from the ibuprofen and acetaminophen, (2) the antiallergic agent selected from the group consisting of cetirizine, ebastine, fexofenadine and loratadine, and (3) the second medicament selected from the group consisting of cough remedy, expectorantia, expectoration-solubilizing agent, sympathomimetic drug, parasympatholytic agent and central nervous system stimulant, in a base comprising a solvent selected from the group consisting of a POE sorbitan fatty acid ester, a glycerol fatty acid ester and a macrogol, and water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
