PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run flat tire using a supporter having both the light weight and the recyclability and capable of suppressing a problem such as degradation of the physical properties of a supporter forming material and degradation of the balance caused by the increase in weight of the supporter of a lubricant deposition part even when the tire is swollen by a lubricant mainly consisting of a polyoxyalkylene compound, and the lubricant is deposited on and absorbed in the supporter during the fitting or the traveling, and a run flat tire supporter used for the run flat tire. PSOLUTION: In the run flat tire with the run flat tire supporter as a core being fitted to an inner side of the tire, a lubricant consisting of a polyoxyalkylene compound is coated on an inner surface of the tire, and the run flat tire supporter is formed of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer.
