PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staff dispatch management system which eases office work burden when requesting dispatch staff and efficiently introduces dispatch staff desired by a company in a short time.;SOLUTION: This staff dispatch management system 10 comprises a first staff database 11 in which the information of dispatch staff belonging to a first dispatch agency (A company), a first staff management server 12 which can access the first staff database 11, a second staff database 13 in which the information of dispatch staff belonging to a second dispatch agency (B company), a second staff management server 14 which can access the second staff database 13, and a client terminal 15.
