PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staff dispatch management system which can perform efficiently office work when dispatched staff is absent.;SOLUTION: This staff dispatch management system 10 comprises an interactive voice response device 11, a dispatched staff database 12, a mail server 13 which creates and transmits an absence notifying mail, an operation terminal 14 under management of a dispatch agency, and a client terminal 16 under management of a dispatch destination company. When the interactive voice response device 11 automatically receives absence notification by telephone from the dispatched staff, the absence information is immediately registered in the dispatched staff database. Then, the mail server 13 transmits the absence notifying mail to both the operation terminal 14 and the client terminal 16. Since the interactive voice response device 11 reads the office telephone number of the dispatch destination company registered in the dispatched staff database 12 and transfers the current telephone call to a telephone of the dispatch destination, the telephone call between the dispatched staff and the dispatch destination company is started.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
